We strongly recommend this hotel, spent here romantic 3 nights. The entire venue was fairly clean, a nice size rooms. It had central location close to Playacar. We truly enjoyed the room with a hammock, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was amazing!

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this small hotel. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes. It had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was great - next door to restaurants and coffee store. The area was secure, a right place for me.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was recently renovated and decent sized, with climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV. Attentive service, even though a few employees where very unpleasant.

The breakfast itself was somewhat limited, can be better.

Fairly clean hotel in a stylish building near night clubs, Soho Playa really is and the 5th and the beach. Very central location to main street 5th avenue. Easy walk to an art gallery.

So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony and a large comfortable king bed and an electronic safe I booked was available. The location was great and stunning, relatively close to Quinta Avenida. What's more, it was near nice restaurant as well as bars and restaurants.

The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. The view over the town was particularly good, appreciated it.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

Location: the hotel was right by convenience stores as well as the beach. I came across Micaela's, it was just a short stroll away from the venue, offered nice shots. The room was nicely decorated and complete with mini fridge, 2 queen beds, great balcony, I had everything needed.

King room was a decent size and brand-new. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast.

Also, location was stunning, not very far from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Furthermore, in the center of playa. The roof top bar was nice and the drinks were hot.

The hotel's staff were very friendly and extremely helpful all the time. Very central location just next door to tourist destinations or means, the restaurants and stores in Playa del Carmen, and the bars and night clubs, it was in an incredibly beautiful area.

Truly enjoyed our very well decorated rooms in this place.

We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the balcony had stunning views over the town. It had a perfect and nice location - right at an art gallery. The hotel staff was caring and very friendly.

I had an incredible stay at Soho Playa! The rooms were massive and spotless, and I was thrilled to discover a Jacuzzi on my balcony. The hotel's location is perfect, just around the corner from the main street and a short walk from the beach. Parking was a breeze in the hotel garage, and the rooftop pool area was a tranquil paradise. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a discounted beach pass. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel in Playa del Carmen.
